Of all the infrastructure needs I thought Marathon could use, more storage seemed the least invasive and most practical.

Though anyone can rent units, I hope that local residents (and those who are coming back to Marathon) will desire longer term storage of their stuff.

I will slowly improve the area, and have flood mitigation planned. The Resources page ClimateCheck information about the area is pretty optimistic about the low chance of flooding. We know it will flood again around here. Remember to load your unit accordingly, 'just in case.' I do not require rental insurance though suggest getting rental insurance for your contents as needed.

The 10'x16' units have rollup doors and you use your own lock. No climate control.
