In Texas (probably elsewhere, too), we all have some legal rights regarding storage. See above,

Knowing our legal rights, bear in mind that "It's All Your Fault" (not mine).

That is, essentially, what most contracts that you sign say in the copious fine print.

Basically that is what this contract says as well, though you see it right at the top.

This is a neighborhood so please be respectfully quiet for the neighbors, and do not come at night.

No illegal activities are allowed, and no liquids or fires or generators. Owner is final arbiter of any interpretations of compliance.

If you want to rent any storage units, you are bound to these agreements.
